Job Title: Customer Service Account Executive

At Warrens, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Support the mentoring and development of other team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving complex issues and maintaining a high standard of customer service and relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to discuss expectations and continuous improvements for the team and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of growth strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Investigate and resolve customer claims in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements:
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve high-end results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to meet different situations and personalities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and diplomacy with customers.
  • Considerable experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a detailed understanding of logistics and dispatch operations.
