Customer Service Account Manager

At Warrens, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Support the mentoring and development of other team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling complex issues and maintaining a high standard of customer service and client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to discuss expectations and continuous improvements for the team and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of growth strategies to drive business expansion.
- Investigate and resolve customer claims in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve high-end results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to meet different situations and personalities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and diplomacy with customers.
- Considerable experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a detailed understanding of logistics and dispatch operations.
