About the Role: As a Mental Health and Disability Specialist with Maximus, you will play a critical role in assessing the impact of disabilities on individuals' daily lives. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical healthcare principles and the ability to analyze complex cases involving physical and mental health conditions.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough assessments, gathering information from clients and analyzing data to produce comprehensive Work Capability Assessment reports for the Department for Work and Pensions. You will also have opportunities for regular feedback and supervision to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid NMC registration, at least one year of post-registration adult or mental health experience, and the right to work in the UK. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this position.
