Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Donard Recruitment Ltd. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP).

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics who want to utilise their existing clinical knowledge in a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive, unbiased assessments for PIP claims
  • Provide a personalised, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service to service users

Benefits Package

  • Basic salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum
  • Rising to 10% quality and retention bonus
  • OTE: £45,650 per annum
  • Hybrid full-time, part-time working hours available
  • Training options: 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week)
  • 25 days of holiday per annum, rising to 27 days with service
