We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of our General Adult Psychiatry service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric assessment, treatment, and management for adults aged 18 upwards with serious and enduring mental illness in East Conwy.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver a needs-led service. You will also provide medical input to patients under secondary care CMHT when required by the care coordinator, as well as consultation and supervision for Primary Mental Health Services in your catchment area.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in community psychiatric practice, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. A competitive salary of £85,000 - £115,000 per annum reflects the importance of this position in our organization.

To be successful, you will need to possess a MB BS or equivalent medical qualification, MRCPsych or MRCPsych equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and be fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment.
