**Job Title:** Maintenance Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to oversee the electrical and mechanical maintenance operations at a critical commercial property in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical installations, ideally with City and Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualification, and at least 5 years of experience in commercial maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in performing PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Oversight of subcontractors and risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds/NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations.
  • At least 5 years prior experience in commercial maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, including Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, and Pumps.
