Maintenance Team Lead

Maylim Landscapes are a leading provider of high-end landscaping services, seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train landscape maintenance staff to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Review and implement the landscape maintenance plan to deliver the highest standards of service and care, upholding the company's values.
- Compile detailed daily briefings and maintenance reports using a software reporting system.
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met across all activities, and where required, conduct Risk Assessments, review, and approve.
- Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning of trees, shrubs, and herbaceous plants.
- Plant, transplant, and care for trees and shrubs according to seasonal requirements.
- Apply fertilizers and follow safety guidelines and regulations.
- Take care of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition, and report any replacements needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in supervision or management and maintenance of soft landscaping.
- A recognised horticultural qualification.
- Professional qualification in landscape management and/or horticulture - NVQ Level 3 minimum preferred.
- CSCS card preferred.
- Ability to work full-time and travel across London.
- Driving License.
