Main Responsibilities- Line manage the employed transport team and volunteer drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of patient transport requests, staff and volunteer activity, and produce reports as required by the service Lead and Manager.
- Develop and implement training programs for volunteers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in transport-related areas.
- Recruit and interview volunteers to ensure a diverse and skilled team.
- Ensure the fleet vehicles are well-maintained and in good working order, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
