Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Agile DevOps Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles, and removing impediments to the team's progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring the team maximizes value delivery and works together effectively.
  • Support the team in being self-organizing, efficient, and effective in delivering high-quality products.
  • Coach and mentor the team in Agile principles and practices, helping them to improve their processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic deliverables and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Scrum Master with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Familiarity with Bimodal project management tools, such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
