Scrum Master Hybrid Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Love2shop. As a Scrum Master Hybrid, you will play a key role in driving our transformational change journey, engaging with every part of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress, enabling them to be self-organising, efficient, and effective in delivering high-quality products.
- Support the team in understanding agile principles and practices, and provide coaching and mentoring to help them succeed.
- Deliver several strategic deliverables and act as our resident agile coach.
- Experience as a Scrum Master with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of agile principles and practices.
- Proven coaching and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with Bimodal project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
