Scrum Master Hybrid Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the Scrum process and ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and enable them to be self-organising, efficient, and effective in delivering high-quality products.
- Support the team in delivering several strategic deliverables and act as our resident agile coach.
- Experience as a Scrum Master with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of agile principles and practices.
- Proven coaching and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with Bimodal project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
