We are seeking a highly skilled Agile DevOps Scrum Master to join our team at PayPoint Group. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles, and removing impediments to the team's progress.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring the team is self-organizing, efficient, and effective in delivering high-quality products.
- Support the team in being a true Scrum Master, helping them when needed and guiding them through their sprints.
- Deliver several strategic deliverables and serve as our resident Agile Coach.
- Experience as a Scrum Master with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
- Proven coaching and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with Bimodal project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- 25 days' holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
