Corporate Action Manager

About the Role:

Insight Select is seeking a skilled Corporate Action Manager to oversee the implementation of corporate actions and dividends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve working practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance and support
  • Ensure company procedures align with FCA and CASS regulations
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters and system implementation
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within Financial Services
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of FCA CASS rules and regulations
  • Experience with dividends and corporate actions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Package:

  • Up to £55,000 basic salary depending on experience
