They should also possess excellent knowledge of CQC requirements, proficient financial management skills, and a strong grasp of safeguarding, compliance, and care standards.

The salary for this role is £55,000-£65,000 per annum. As a Senior Operations Director at Proud to Care Devon, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering adult day services and youth provision, helping young people transition from children's services to adult support settings.

We prioritize person-centered, responsive support for people with learning disabilities, ASD, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions. Our services include supported living, short breaks, outreach, respite, wellbeing cafes, and community hubs.
