Job Summary

World Duty Free - WDF is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Replenishment Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process high volumes of deliveries, unpacking pallet trucks and allocating stock to both shop floor and allocated stockrooms.
  • Quality check and handle products correctly, reporting any discrepancies to the leader in charge.
  • Merchandise the shop floor, maintaining exceptional operational standards and ensuring all processes run smoothly and immaculately.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues.

Requirements

  • Be physically able to lift and transport stock.
  • Have an understanding of processing and handling high volume deliveries and stock.
  • Have attention to detail and experience of allocating stock in accurate locations.
  • Be passionate about providing exceptional operations standards.
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and enjoy working in a team.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills – a good ability of spoken English.
