Job Summary:

We are seeking a Trade Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for replenishing stock, checking dates across our fresh produce and grocery products, and helping unload deliveries. You will work overnight as part of a team, using your initiative to ensure our shops are ready for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenish stock and check dates across fresh produce and grocery products
  • Help unload deliveries and maintain a safe and organized working environment
  • Work overnight as part of a team, using your initiative to ensure our shops are ready for our customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals

Benefits:

  • Nightshift premium - in addition to the advertised hourly rate, a further £2.45 nightshift premium is paid for every hour worked between midnight - 5am (where applicable)
  • Discount card – 10% discount off on your shopping at Sainsbury's, Argos, Tu and Habitat after four weeks. This increases to 15% discount off at Sainsbury's every Friday and Saturday, and 15% off at Argos every pay day

Requirements:
