Job Title: Trade Counter Assistant/Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trade Counter Assistant/Driver to join our team at Eurocell Group PLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their trade counter queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all sales are recorded and processed correctly.
  • Load and unload stock from delivery vehicles, maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
  • Participate in stock takes and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a trade counter or sales environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of uPVC products and their applications is an advantage.
