Job Overview

Eurocell Group PLC, a leading stock market listed Plc, is seeking a skilled Trade Counter Assistant/Driver to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the trade counter operations and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to trade counter customers.
  • Assist with the processing of trade counter transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Operate a company vehicle to transport goods and materials as required.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers on uPVC products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a trade counter or sales environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A valid driving license and ability to operate a company vehicle is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
