Job Overview
The LEGO Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a signature experience for every guest by greeting them warmly, performing cash register functions, and portraying a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting with receiving merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LBR standards, and adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist with sales and inventory management, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
