We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team at M3 Global Research. This is a challenging role that requires managing all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing project documentation, identifying potential issues, and recommending revisions to client services.
  • They will coordinate internal meetings to finalize project requirements and determine timelines and schedules.
  • Regular updates will be provided to clients on project status, and recommendations will be made to maximize sample collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation: Review project documentation, identify potential issues, and recommend revisions to client services.
  • Project Kick-off: Coordinate internal meetings to finalize project requirements and determine timelines and schedules.
  • Project Updates: Provide regular updates to clients on project status, and make recommendations to maximize sample collection.
  • Project Completion: Ensure timely completion, incentive payments to panelists, and financial metrics for billing and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in Healthcare data collections is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Decipher, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel and Word skills is essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines is critical.
