About the Role

Mace is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating MEP installation and commissioning activities on high-value data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive MEP installation and commissioning programmes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on MEP planning and coordination, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and manage diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers.
Requirements
  • Advanced user of Asta and other planning software, with experience in MEP and commissioning projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and commissioning principles, including installation techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent professional or personal development.
