Senior MEP Planning Manager

An exciting data centre project in north west London is seeking an experienced MEP Planning Manager to join a leading tier one main contractor.
The project involves transitioning from construction to fit-out, MEP installation, commissioning, and handover. As an MEP Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Review schematics and gain understanding of the MEP installation and commissioning strategy.
- Understand major project milestones and agree with the lead project planner.
- Be an advanced user of Asta and have a working knowledge of other planning software such as MS project and P6.
- Have experience of projects with heavy MEP and commissioning elements, such as those in the technology or manufacturing sectors.
- Possess detailed knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and commissioning, including installation techniques, best practice, and single system commissioning requirements.
- Be able to assist in value engineering and C2P project strategy and demonstrating programme benefits.
