Job Title: Account Executive DACH

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and increasing share of wallet within our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including negotiation and contract execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of over-achievement in new business sales and account management.
  • Fluent German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in the DACH region.
  • Experience selling Martech solutions, such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, and Demandbase.
  • Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
