Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of our learners and the requirements of our Ofsted Good College status.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure that our curriculum is delivered effectively and consistently.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our curriculum, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our curriculum is aligned with our overall strategic goals.
