We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the expectations of our clients and being the face of our company's performance across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting specific risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Producing detailed and specific engineering quotes for a range of mechanical, electrical, and building fabric works.
- Active role in annual shutdowns and project works, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
- Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regards to project and engineering activities.
- Managing sub-contractors' permits to work and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant engineering.
- Waste Management Qualification (desirable).
