We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of our biggest clients on a brand new contract win for them covering a contract for a well-known American Pharmaceutical & Biotechnical company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the expectations of the client and being the face of the company's performance across the site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience in managing budgets and P&L
  • Presenting and compiling monthly reports to clients
  • Working closely with the clients daily, managing the relationship between the client and service provider
  • Conducting specific risk assessments
  • Continually reviewing current processes and working practices and actively encouraging an environment of innovation and continuous improvement

This role has a P&L budget responsibility of around £3m per year for the maintenance of the site. You will also be responsible for the soft services across the site with the cleaning taking up around 40% of the annual budget.
