Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at GAS Production Hire. As the central figure in maintaining the office environment, you will be responsible for managing supplies, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and supporting the leadership team with administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will also extend to fostering an environment of professionalism and organization, promoting our company's young and dynamic culture, and ensuring the seamless execution of events for staff and clients. You will be expected to oversee the office's health and safety compliance, maintain vital records and data, and ensure that all office policies and procedures are current.

As a proactive problem-solver, you will be trusted to manage the office budget, assist with H.R. tasks, and implement efficient processes to keep operations running smoothly. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and passion for creating a positive and efficient work environment will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance, ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space, and maintain the office layout.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the leadership team, manage office correspondence, develop and maintain filing systems, and assist with H.R. tasks.
  • Culture and Events: Serve as the point of contact between the office and other departments, manage cultural aspects of the company, and organize team events and client-facing events.
  • Budgeting and Procurement: Manage the office budget, negotiate with vendors and suppliers, and ensure cost-effective procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee the office's health and safety protocols, maintain first aid supplies, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
