The role of a Property Administrator at Finders Keepers Ltd. involves providing administrative support to the estate agency team in Harwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that property management and tenancy administration tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
About the Role:
As a Property Administrator, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure that properties are accurately recorded and maintained on our database. You will also be responsible for managing property safety inspections and certification, as well as ensuring that routine and additional property visits are carried out in a timely manner.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing property databases and records
- Coordinating property safety inspections and certification
- Ensuring that routine and additional property visits are carried out in a timely manner
- Liaising with contractors and outsourcing resources to ensure repair and maintenance works are completed to a satisfactory standard
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including training opportunities, career development, and a collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, solid administration skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be IT literate and have excellent communication skills.
