Park Avenue Recruitment is working with a London Borough to find a Housing Supply Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic plan to boost Housing Supply in the borough through partnerships and housing delivery programs.
- Work closely with the Housing Supply Service, including managers in TA, Allocations, and Tenancy Management.
- Collaborate with the Council's Service Director and Head of Commissioning (for Supported Housing) to drive housing delivery initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase housing supply and address local needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housing supply consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of housing delivery programs and partnerships.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work closely with local authorities and stakeholders.
