Job Title: 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to work with us at our Primary School in Ashington. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.

About the Role:
  • You will be supporting pupils who need extra help with their learning, either individually or in small groups.
  • Managing challenging behaviour will be a key part of your responsibilities.
  • Assisting pupils during breaks and lunches is also a requirement.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff is crucial to your success in this role.
Essential Requirements:
  • An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check is necessary for this position.
  • You must be able to connect well with both pupils and staff.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and positivity are vital qualities for this role.
  • A genuine desire to help young people reach their full potential is essential.
Location and Salary:

Ashington, Northumberland.

This is a flexible full-time/part-time opportunity.

The annual salary for this role is £18,562 - £20,444.
