About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Crop Development Officer to join our team at Frontier Agriculture Limited. As a key member of our Trials Development programme, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality trials and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage trials to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new trial opportunities and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and industry partners

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., agriculture, horticulture, or a related discipline)
  • Proven experience in agricultural trials management and crop development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
