About the Job

We are seeking a Crop Development Specialist to join our team at Frontier Agriculture Limited, based in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and delivering specified trials at our site.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in agriculture or a related field. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Central Trials Manager to ensure the successful execution of trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and deliver specified trials at our site
  • Work with the Central Trials Manager to achieve trial objectives
  • Contribute to Frontier's Trials Development programme

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in agriculture or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
