We are looking for an experienced Mentorship Coordinator to join our Foundation Studies team at Gloucestershire College. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the transition of students into the Supported Internship programme and their pathway towards employment.

Your key duties will include:

  • Planning and implementing Supported Internship placements
  • Communicating effectively with students, parents, and employers
  • Liaising with external agencies to support student progression

The salary range for this position is estimated to be £35,000-£45,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience. You will also benefit from:
