Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver a variety of activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents, including arts, crafts, games, and outings.
- Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and other team members to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to resident care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to promote social connections and community engagement.
- Assist with the development and implementation of innovative fund-raising initiatives to support resident activities and entertainment.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive environment that promotes resident dignity, autonomy, and individuality.
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour.
- A pension contribution of 5%.
