About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is recruiting an experienced Reactive Supervisor to lead the delivery of work streams within highways maintenance in Exeter.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient work stream delivery, including traffic management, materials, and labour.
  • Oversee on-site compliance with Streetworks permits and relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and improve work quality, managing accurate job costs and operative performance.
  • Collaborate with SCCH Highway Inspectors and subcontractor teams.
  • Effectively schedule and deliver works with operational and hub teams.
  • Provide visibility and support to operatives across day and night shifts.
  • Participate in winter maintenance and emergency services as needed.
Requirements
  • Hold ONC, City & Guilds, NVQ in a relevant discipline and NRSWA accreditation (Supervisor level).
  • Demonstrate applied understanding of the Traffic Management Act (TMA) and safety, quality, and environmental best practices.
  • Possess significant experience in operational delivery within the TMC/Civils sector.
  • Show knowledge of construction methodologies and cost management.
  • Display proficiency in cost control, job allocation, and internal system utilisation.
