Coyle Personnel plc is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Rail team in Exeter or Swindon, working on a Civils Reactive Maintenance Contract with Network Rail.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities, as well as supporting senior team members in delivering commercial duties.

  • Manage all costs related to infrastructure projects and identify potential commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Support senior team members in delivering commercial duties, including procuring and managing supply chain.
  • Optimise commercial performance through diligent cost control and value for money opportunities.
  • Assist with commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary

The salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience of infrastructure projects with resilience and determination to succeed.
