About the Role

Carwow Group is seeking a highly skilled Head of Marketing Analytics to lead our marketing analytics team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing analytics strategies that drive business growth and inform marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 7 analysts and a long-standing agency team to deliver high-quality marketing analytics insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a customer data platform to drive marketing optimization and personalization.
  • Implement a marketing capital allocation process to ensure optimal budgeting across marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing analytics into business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and experience with marketing technology platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
