About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen Corporation. As a key member of our community-based services team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and quality of life.
  • Implement treatment plans and administer medication under the Medication Administration Program (MAP).
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as household chores and cooking.
  • Strengthen residents' connection to their community by providing transportation on outings.
