About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at the Farndon Unit, a purpose-built low secure hospital providing personalized assessment and recovery-based treatment pathways for women with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for individuals with severe and enduring mental illness and/or personality disorder and/or mild learning disability
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide specialist care and support
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate approach
  • Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
