- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring all safeguarding policies and practices meet the highest standards.
- Manage and respond effectively to safeguarding concerns, collaborating with external agencies as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with students, ensuring they feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their journey at the college.
Salary Information:
The salary for this position is £28,837 - £33,922 per annum, based on a 37-hour workweek.

Job Requirements:
This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding policies and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for complying with all safeguarding policies and practices, and for ensuring student safety and wellbeing is at the forefront of everything you do.
