Community Paediatric Specialist Grade Doctor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Paediatric Specialist Grade Doctor to join our Integrated Child Health Service at Gifford House, Thurrock Community Hospital.
Job Details- Salary: £96,990 - £107,155 per annum (Pro-rata)
- Contract: Substantive
- Hours: Full-time: 10 Programmed Activities (DCC:SPA = 8:2)
- Location: Gifford House, Thurrock Community Hospital, Long Lane, Grays, RM16 2PX
- Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to babies, children and young people across South West Essex.
- Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team.
- Work directly with babies, children and young people, and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals.
- Participate in the local Child Protection rota.
- Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member whilst allowing them to work with their own initiative.
- GMC Registration: Full GMC Registration with a license to practice.
- Knowledge: Mastery in the management of a broad range of physical health conditions in babies, children, and young people, including neurodevelopmental disorders. Knowledge and training in Child safeguarding.
- Experience: At least 4 years post graduate training including 2 years community paediatrics (or demonstrate equivalent experience and competences).
- Qualifications: Valid Level 3 Safeguarding Training.
