Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd. This full-time role requires a professional with extensive experience in both HR and bookkeeping, with a deep understanding of agency life and the ability to manage HR functions while handling bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Understand and manage the nuances of agency life, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
    • Perform all bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting under the guidance of the CFO.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR and bookkeeping roles.
  • Strong understanding of agency operations and culture.

Work Arrangements
