About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Partner to join our team at Radius. As a Training Partner, you will play a key role in creating and delivering learning solutions that support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our business
  • Work with the learning team to enhance training solutions and support the evolution of learning design and delivery
  • Upskill yourself on global learning solutions to ensure confidence in delivery of sessions
  • Deliver classroom-based and virtual training
  • Design learning within business areas utilizing global learning standards
  • Evaluate the success of learning solutions and report on evaluation results
  • Continuously improve learning solutions within the business area

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in a facilitator/trainer role, preferably in a sales-based industry
  • Up-to-date knowledge of learning theory and learner experiences
  • Demonstrable skill in commonly used MS 360 applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent presenting skills
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and diplomacy skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication, personal credibility, and influencing skills
  • Facilitation skills training accreditation
  • Confidence speaking to large groups
