About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Partner to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering engaging and effective training solutions to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs to meet the needs of our employees and customers
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement training solutions
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a training or facilitation role
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
