About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Solutions Specialist to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training solutions that meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs that align with our business objectives
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop training content
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their learning and development
  • Collaborate with the learning team to enhance our training solutions and support the evolution of our design and delivery
  • Evaluate the success of our training programs and report on evaluation results

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in a facilitator/trainer role, preferably in a sales-based industry
  • Up-to-date knowledge of learning theory and learner experiences
  • Demonstrable skills in commonly used Microsoft 360 applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent presenting and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication, personal credibility, and influencing skills
