Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Partner to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering learning solutions that drive business growth and employee development.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our business areas, utilizing a range of learning modalities including classroom-based training, one-to-one coaching, and virtual delivery.
- Work closely with the business to ensure alignment on priorities for learning requirements and collaborate with the learning team to enhance training solutions.
- Upskill yourself on global learning solutions to ensure confidence in delivery of sessions and stay up-to-date with the latest learning trends and best practices.
- Evaluate the success of learning solutions and report on evaluation results, ensuring continuous improvement of learning solutions within the business area.
- Support the design and implementation of learning toolkits to support learning delivery and embedding, and maintain accurate records of learning material.
- Over 3 years of experience in a facilitator/trainer role, preferably in a sales-based industry.
- Up-to-date knowledge of learning theory and learner experiences.
- Demonstrable skills in commonly used MS 360 applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent presenting skills, emotional intelligence, and diplomacy skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication, personal credibility, and influencing skills.
- Facilitation skills training accreditation and confidence speaking to large groups.
