**Job Overview**

Data Quality Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of supporter data within organizations. In this short-term assignment, we are seeking an experienced professional to refine and enhance the supporter data held in Raiser's Edge.

About the Role

This Data Quality Specialist will be responsible for coordinating supporter data projects, auditing records, correcting erroneous data entries, and updating outdated information. The successful candidate will also need to redact records in line with compliance policies, communicate data quality concerns, and generate reports to provide valuable insights into supporter data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of supporter data projects to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery
  • Audit supporter records to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
  • Correct erroneous data entries and update outdated information to maintain data integrity
  • Redact records in accordance with compliance policies to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Communicate data quality concerns to stakeholders and propose solutions
  • Generate reports and query data to provide actionable insights into supporter behavior and preferences

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will possess excellent CRM experience, preferably with Raiser's Edge, as well as strong Excel skills. You should be able to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills. Your courteous and efficient handling of queries from colleagues will be essential in maintaining a positive working relationship.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be £15 per hour, plus holiday pay, reflecting the central London location and hybrid work arrangement (2 days remote).
