Social Work Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable young people in transition? We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Leaving Care Team in Wrexham. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of £40,476 - £43,693 per annum.
About the RoleThis role involves providing quality social work services that support children and young people to achieve their potential and positive transitions to adulthood. You will effectively manage a number of young people to achieve the best outcomes for them, working in partnership with children and young people to build and sustain relationships, identify needs, and develop plans and responses that meet those needs.
