Growth and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Growth and Development Specialist to join our product marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and execute inbound/understand roadmaps.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-obsessed PMM to drive product adoption, engagement, and user delight. You will work closely with user research, analytics, and product teams to identify unarticulated needs and collaborate on market testing, whitespace analysis, gaps analysis, and innovation opportunities.
As a successful candidate, you will have 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of executing in high-growth and fast-paced environments. You will embody a customer-obsessed mindset, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package (£54-73k p.a.) with reviews every 8 months. Our benefits include 25 days annual leave a year + public holidays, a 6% employer-matched pension in the UK, private medical insurance, dental cover, and life assurance. Duties- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, engagement, and user delight.

- Produce content and develop product-based content to drive product growth.
- Communicate with stakeholders and be our product spokesperson.
