Position: Independent Financial Advisor

Location: Office-based position

Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years' experience as a Financial Advisor, CAS status within the last 12 months ideal.

Compensation Package: Up to £70,000 salary (OTE £100K year 1) + competitive bonus structure + clients provided + leads provided + full administration support provided + 25 days' annual leave

About the Company

Vision-FS Recruitment is seeking a skilled Independent Financial Advisor to join its expanding team. The company provides independent advice on pensions, retirement planning, investments, savings, and a full range of financial planning solutions.

The Role

As an Independent Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with and meeting high-net-worth clients from a well-serviced and loyal client bank. You will also conduct regular client reviews and have full paraplanning and administration support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent financial advice to clients
  • Conduct regular client reviews and assessments
  • Develop and implement financial plans for clients
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Financial Advisor
  • Level 4 qualified
  • CAS status within the last 12 months preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
